Great customer service and great people...I lover my new truck
We recently bought a preowned Ford Escape from Fox Ford. Told Mike what we were looking for and he found a unit that just came off lease. Very easy process and did a great job! Price was right and all the options as we had requested. We have bought Fords for many years from Mike and before him, Tom his dad. Great family to work with and trust. You can always trust what they say and they are not like the "big guys" that try to sell you everything extra. Not pushy and stand behind their word. A promise on the phone or a handshake is the same as putting it down on paper with signatures. The kind of dealer you come back to over and over again. Thanks Mike!
I saw the scheduler in the grocery store and asked for an oil change appointment! The next day, the email arrived with my appointment date. Great service, as always.
I took my truck to to Fox Ford, to have my spark plugs changed, a tune up and check out my brakes, they were a little spongy, so after 3 days, they said they had a recall on the brake booster vacuum hose and had replaced it, which was fine . I paid the 569.55$,but when I took it out on the road, it shook all over the place. I talked to Mike he said to bring it back, they "looked" at it and charged me another 346.89$ to have an injector and coil replacement which should have been done in the tune up don't you think? I called mike again and he says "well i dont know what to tell you",.. REALLY? Your all suppose to be professionals right?!Anyway...We Spent close to 1000$ .I ended up taking it to HILINE FORD in Glasgow and they had it fixed in 2 hours. Runs great again !!! Thanks Fox Ford..I'll be seeing you in court! !! SINCERELY, NOT HAPPY WITH FOX FORD IN WOLF POINT!!!
Fox Ford went out of their way to make sure my experience in doing business with them was as enjoyable and pain free as possible. I had lost my only key to my truck. After being informed that my new key had to be programmed I was a little upset that this had to be done in person with a Ford technician. Since I had lost my only key this meant that I would have to have my truck towed to the dealership to have my new key programmed. Instead of doing so, Mike formulated a plan to have a technician actually drive me to my house and program the key at my residence. This saved me time and money and lots of frustration!! Thanks again to Fox Ford and their staff for going out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied costumer.
